Rosenwald III, co-founder of Dalton Investments and noted authority on Asia equity investment with over 41 years of experience. He is supported by multi-cultural, multi-lingual analyst teams located in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney and Mumbai, and two dedicated Asia traders. Dalton’s Global Equity strategies are managed by Gifford Combs, a founding member of Dalton with more than 40 years of experience as a bottom-up, value investor. Using strict business valuation discipline, the Global Equity strategies invests on a global basis, seeking out the best opportunities in any country with a legal system with which Dalton feel comfortable. Returns are generated by taking concentrated, tax-efficient positions with little turnover and limited use of leverage.
