Miwa Yamashita serves as a Compliance Associate at the Tokyo office of Dalton Investments.  Before joining Dalton, she worked at the human resources department of Casio Group, a global Japanese electronics company, where she was responsible for human resources, recruitment, training and other compliance and back-office matters. She holds a degree in Business and Marketing from Kanto Gakuin Women’s Junior College.
