Dr. Song is a seasoned financial professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. He began his journey at the Bank of Korea, where he worked for six years. He then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent 21 years and ultimately held the position as the Head of Korea Research. His expertise and leadership were further recognized when he served as the Co-Head of Apex Financial.  Most recently, Dr. Song worked as an executive member of SK Discovery and its affiliates for three years.

Dr. Song holds a BA in Economics from Yonsei University, an MBA from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Sungkyunkwan University. His extensive education and experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of the financial markets and corporate governance.  His career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving financial innovation and growth.
