Corporate governance is on the rise in Japan, and Dalton Investments was recently highlighted in Bloomberg as an activist investor to pay attention to in 2024. Nippon Active Value Fund and Dalton Investments, both overseen by investor Jamie Rosenwald, disclosed a joint 5% stake in broadcast company Fuji Media Holdings Inc. in December and said it may make proposals to the broadcaster in the future.
