Jennifer Lai, portfolio co-manager of the Greater China Fund at Dalton Investments, was recently quoted in Barron’s, talking about China’s dropping stock market. “A shares have become alluringly cheap, their average multiples below those of the S&P 500 index for just the third time in two decades.” For her, that means time to pounce on young growth companies like wealth manager Noah Holding (NOAH) or data-center operator 21Vianet (VNET).
