Ms. Lynd is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Dalton Investments.  Previously, Ms. Lynd was Senior Vice President for Nuveen Investments, General Counsel for Greywolf Capital and Managing Director for Farallon Capital.  Ms. Lynd began her career with the New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell. 

Ms. Lynd graduated with a J.D. from Northwestern University and with a B.A. (Hons.) in History and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Lynd is admitted to the State Bar of California and New York.
