Mr. Gaughan is Managing Director, Client Relationships for Dalton and has over 20 years of investment and institutional sales experience. Prior to joining Dalton in 2010, Mr. Gaughan was the founder and CEO of Condesa Financeria, an investment partnership and financial intermediary focusing on mortgage and commercial loan investments in Mexico. Before founding Condesa in 2006, he spent seven years as Co-Founder and President of global macro hedge fund Big Sky Capital. He also spent eight years as Vice-President at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers, involved in structuring and selling fixed-income and derivative products to hedge funds and proprietary trading desks.

Mr. Gaughan received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and is a CFA charterholder.
